Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients while adhering to medical protocols and standards. This role is essential to supporting the delivery of patient-centered care in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the healthcare facility's policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the medical team.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and patient education to ensure comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, recovery, and preventive healthcare.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Support patient admissions and discharges, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Attend team meetings and participate in continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• License : Valid nursing license issued by the UAE (or eligibility for licensure in Dubai through the DHA, HAAD, or MOH).
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or specialized healthcare facility.
• Skills :
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
• Proficient in the use of medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in specialty areas such as ICU, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, or Obstetrics.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
