SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing the individualized patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assessing and planning nursing care requirements
• Providing pre and post-operation care
• Monitoring, administering medication and intravenous infusions
• Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
• Writing records
• Supervising junior staff
• Organizing workloads
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 to 2 years of medical secretary experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of medical terminology, office procedures and regulations
Knowledge of MS Office and databases
Strong IT and organizational skills
