Observation, Assessment and Treatment


• Primes dialyzer and bloodlines.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Oversees the dialysis treatment from start to finish.
• Cannulates accesses

In-Home Assistance



• Aids with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, ambulating, turning and feeding.
• Assist clients with toileting, getting in and out of bed, and transporting them to and from the house safely.
• Prepares food for the patient as per dietary instruction ordered by physician.
• Maintains cleanliness within the vicinity of the patient's surroundings.

Service Improvement


• Contributes to the improvement of services.
• Evaluates own and other's work when needed.
Makes suggestions to improve services.

Confidentiality


Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with ProVita policy and UAE Professional Code of Conduct for Nurses.

• Participates as a valued team member, promoting and contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Acts as a role model for new and junior staff.
Participates in mentorship roles for new employees and junior staff.

• Develops a culture that improves quality.
• Working with the Quality Manager, takes the lead on quality improvement initiatives and principles.
• Working with the Quality Manager, regularly conduct audits and risk assessments within patiets home.
• Monitors and evaluates operations and services in order to identify and correct problems, improve systems and ensure a safe, quality service.
• Working with the Quality Manager, takes the lead in coordinating internal audit programs, and understands the value of quality indicators for nursing practice improvement

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing in home country.
• Active Basic Life Support Training- Certified
• 2 to 6 years working experience as Hemodialysis RN
• Current valid registration in country of training and/or country of last employment ( Local License-PRC)
• DOH-HAAD (Health Authority Abu Dhabi-UAE) Licensed
