Job Description

Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

Managing their care plans according to physicians' instructions.

Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients

Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians

Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.

Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.

Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.

Educates patients on health risks factors.

Identifies and implements health promotion strategies for early detection and screening of communicable diseases.

Identifies records and take appropriate action to reduce incidence of disease transmission.

Identifies environmental and behavioural factors which may compromise patient safety

Intervenes and follows-up on incidents to reduce likelihood of occurrence.

Assesses, plans and manages nursing interventions to optimize outcomes of care for patients throughout the life span in various states of health and illness

Documents care and patient outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• DOH License (Registered Nurse) (Required)
