Key Responsibilities
Patient Care Management
• Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to the specific needs of pediatric, newborn, adult, and maternity patients.
• Monitor and record patient symptoms, vital signs, and responses to treatment, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Administer medications, therapies, and other treatments per prescribed protocols, following strict safety guidelines.
• Support patients and their families, educating them on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Departmental Collaboration
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Act as a liaison among different departments to coordinate comprehensive care for patients across all stages of life.
• Ensure continuity of care through detailed patient handoffs and shift reports.
Patient Education and Advocacy
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment options, and preventative health practices.
• Actively listen to patient and family concerns, providing support and advocacy to meet their health needs and goals.
Compliance and Documentation
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with DOH regulations and organizational policies.
• Ensure adherence to infection control standards, safety protocols, and best practices in nursing care.
• Stay up-to-date on DOH policies and guidelines, participating in continuous education and training.
Emergency and Critical Care
• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies, providing immediate care and intervention as required.
• Assist in preparing and stabilizing patients for transport to specialized care units when needed.
Professional Development
• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping current with advancements in nursing practices, technology, and healthcare policies.
• Participate in training programs, seminars, and workshops as part of continuous education.
Qualifications
• Licensure : Valid DOH License
• Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric, newborn, adult, and maternity care
• Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Skills : Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Preferences and Conditions
Requirement: Registered nurses with DOH License with above 2-3 years' UAE experience.
