Regional Training Representative Middle East Chinese/mandarin Speaker
Job Description
• Create technical training programs in accordance with the demands of the organization.
• Determine the course material based on the goals.
• Make training materials, such as worksheets and presentations.
• Conduct online training courses for individuals or groups.
• Plan and carry out on-the-job training at the training base.
• Record and submit information about finished courses, absences, problems, etc.
• Examine and assess the outcomes of training initiatives.
• Assess the programs' overall efficacy and make necessary modifications.
• EV/Hybrid technical knowledge and expertise
• Proven experience as a technical teacher
• Technical course design experience
• Exceptional communication abilities in English
• Outstanding time-management and organizing skills
• Technical field degree
• Previous Certified Technical Trainer people will be given priority.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
