This role will drive the talent acquisition strategy and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the Middle East region in partnership with the Global Business Services (GBS) team, ensuring adherence to defined KPIs and SLAs. You will work closely with business and HR leaders to facilitate the successful placement of high-quality candidates.Main Accountabilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with the GBS team for various roles across the Middle East region focusing in Saudi Arabia and UAE..
Ensure recruitment processes align with established SLAs and KPIs, maintaining efficiency and high service standards throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners by providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical positions, focusing on current and future talent needs and diversity initiatives.
Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, company policies, and global standards.
Collaborate with the Communications and Talent CoE teams to enhance the companys employer brand, positioning the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors as necessary, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Champion diversity in recruitment, ensuring inclusive hiring practices are followed throughout the process.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, sourcing quality, diversity metrics), providing insights to improve the overall recruitment process.
You are meant for this job if:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the Energy or related industries, with a strong focus on metrics-driven performance and recruitment specifically in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.Strong understanding of the Energy industry, including key roles, skillsets, and market trends.Demonstrated experience managing recruitment processes with measurable success in meeting KPIs and SLAs.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors Recruiting) and familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and HR teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.Additional Skills
Experience in managing high-volume recruitment across multiple regions.
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
