A leading company is actively recruiting a Regional Service Specialist for their Dubai office.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Act as the primary point of contact for clients inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored support
Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper usage and maintenance of the companys products and services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelors Degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/customer service within the Medical Devices industry.
Must have GCC experience.
Clinical lab background mandatory.
Leadership experience is a must.
Must have a valid UAE drivers license.
Willingness to travel as required.
