How You'll Make an Impact
As Regional Service Ambassador - Middle East, you will be reporting to the Head of Projects.
Being a senior representative of the business, you will strive to manage customer expectations and conclude the project to the satisfaction of both the customer and the business.
You will support the business by devising and implementing strategies for strengthening customer commitment and market position, where applicable.
• Develop and oversee the regional service portfolio, ensuring alignment with global service business objectives.
• Lead the operational execution of service strategies, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
• Drive the adoption of digital tools and processes to improve service operations and customer experience.
• Manage and mentor the regional service team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
• Monitor and analyze regional service performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, including health and safety standards, and promote best practices within the team.
