### Job responsibilities
YOUR IMPACT ___________
The main mission is to work on the regional marketing strategy for a region composed of 45 countries. The role encompasses all the category marketing activities to proactively develop specific approaches adapted to the region.
This position requires full engagement and efficient communication across both the Headquarters teams based in Paris, the regional teams based in Dubai (Commercial, Merchandising, Training, Logistic, Finance, PR) and all the markets (being subsidiaries or agents) to align on the strategy and implementation and insure consistency of Brand Image.
YOUR MISSION ____________
The Senior Marketing Executive will be focused on:
1- Forecasts
• Estimate potential of new launches (2 to 1 year before OCD)
• Responsible to gather forecast for novelty launch (sellable, testers, POSM)
• FC meeting with Commercial Team
• Confirmation forecast to be sent to markets before launch with key launch information
2- 360 Degrees Strategies for each Launch
• Weekly launch book updates
• Assortment & POSM
• Animation / Trade & retailers presentation
• Support of the merchandising planograms and visuals guidelines
• Follow up with logistic to ensure product availability
• Regional animation & tools
3- Boutique & e-com strategy for the categories:
• Build animation plan, animation & VIC event concept
• Coordinate with the dedicated teams to ensure best-in-class execution
• Consolidate results & feedbacks
4- Budgets
• Alongside the Marketing Manager, the Senior Executive will work on tracking tools
5- Regional Animations
• Development with the Marketing Manager of Regional Animation Plan for the category
• Implementation of Regional activity with retailers and countries
6- Services Design & Implementation
• Support in the implementation of services / consultation / masterclass
• Edition tool development, execution, and update
• Sephora services menu
7- Category Performance Analysis
• Launch feedbacks
• Category performance
8- Market Visits & Competition analysis
9- Ad hoc
• Presentations for Top management visits
• Presentation during Regional Seminar & Commercial cycle meetings
### Profile
WHO YOU ARE _________
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Marketing position in Beauty / Luxury, having a regional experience is a plus
• University or business school degree.
• Strong knowledge and affinity with Beauty
• Proficient user of the MS Office package
• Fluent in English (French & Arabic are a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Creative, innovative thinking and pro-active attitude
• Business Acumen: Knows how businesses work; knows the competition; is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
• Adaptable and diligent: high priority on accuracy and adherence to timeframes
