Position: Sales Manager (MENA)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reporting: Sales Director, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Aggressive Sales frontline, interface with End customers (Real Estate Companies, consultants, MEPs & System Integrators) for the Smart Energplus range of HVAC products including flow, water and District Cooling metering and Software solutions across the MENA region.

Regional sales account management.

Business development towards establishing a new instrumentation/HVAC, Flow related portfolio by engaging future principals and providing them market intelligence through market surveys, business plans and product specification development

Identify, maintain, develop and leverage relationships with System Integrators, District Cooling utilities, MEP contractors, Consultants and regional partners/sub-distributors.

Interface with district cooling/energy utilities, facility management companies on product/solution pre-qualification

Working out alliances to benefit Smart Energplus LLC's market penetration and brand image

Monitor and certify performances of regional Sub-distributors and System integrators with the intention of developing partners with strong value addition to our products and services

Quotation preparation and bid management, conduct sales meetings, perform technical and sales presentations

CRM Database and sales funnel management.

Tracking opportunities to win orders and manage internal logistics towards their execution.

Sales forecasting and internal reporting procedures

Co-ordinate regional exhibition participation and follow-up

Ability and intent to travel extensively towards business development and closing opportunities.

Ensure local marketing/promotion plan is executed with adherence to brand guidelines.

Effective promotion of product portfolio through exhibitions/trade fair, etc.

Product Management Interface and feedback on competitive and market requirements.

Coordination with the logistics teams and customers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Ensuring technical correctness of the goods and services sold.

Experiences that shall be weighted advantageously

A self-starter, who is naturally driven, ambitious, and tenacious. Having a proven experience in developing a business vertical within the HVAC segment of the construction business in or across the Middle East.

Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Regional Sales experience of appointing and managing sub-distributors across MENA

Strong relationships with End users (real estate cos), Consultants, MEPs & System Integrators

Knowledge of products, buying cycles and a proven track record in HVAC related sales experience that includes BTU, Water and/or IoT technologies.

Awareness and knowledge of the construction projects database

Previous experience and/or association with managed Services business with facility management companies and/or real estate businesses engaged in energy efficiency initiatives and equipment.

Solution driven sales professional with a proven record of achieving /exceeding annual quota targets.

High level of gravitas, with experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders.

Highly competent in delivering product presentations, managing client workshops, and proof of concepts.

Familiar with SME mentality and exhibit of good teamwork.
