Do you want to work with a team that believes in disrupting the normal, boring, and average?If yes, then this is the job you\'re looking for , is Saudis #1 private event ticketing and experience booking platforms in terms of technology, features, agility, revenue serving some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom surpassing half a billion in sales. is part of the Supertech Group also consisting of UXBERT Labs, one of the best digital and user experience design agencies in the GCC, along with Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENA.Key Responsibilities:Cultivating enduring client relationships across activated GCC countries (not KSA)Identifying potential new clients such as promoters, organizers, venues, and attractions, to adopt webook.com as their preferred or exclusive ticketing partnerLiaising with HQ BD and Sales team for alignments and strategic focuses.Identifying possible new opportunities for customized development within Government and Corporate level projects.Conducting regular meetings with both potential and existing clientsCrafting compelling proposals for clients post-meetings, requiring strong proposal design abilitiesEngaging with clients and managing potential leads in a respectful and balanced mannerAttending events and social gatherings with clients regularly, sometimes on weekendsUtilizing CRM systems efficientlyIdentifying potential retail or other physical outlets for ticket sales, and establishing fruitful deals and partnerships to enhance the sales and brand presence of webook.comEstablishing relationships with key government and semi-government entities involved in event licensing, promotion, and regulation in GCCProviding feedback to the webook.com development team regarding any necessary changes or enhancements to products or systems tailored for the regionKey Skills:Previous experience in managing ticketing for public events preferred; ideally, candidates should have worked within tech / e-commerce / ticketing in an operational or sales capacity for at least 3 years. However, candidates without specific ticketing experience will be considered if they meet other essential criteriaFamiliarity with the sports, entertainment, and business events industry in GCCExperience in negotiating with government and semi-government bodies in GCCTrack record of building client relationships and selling to new potential clients in a service-oriented industryExperience in recruiting, managing, and developing sales and operations teamsKey Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of team management experienceCandidates should be based in UAEPossession of a driver\'s license and a carExceptional communication skillsAbility to deliver effective proposals promptlyStrong time management skillsDemonstrated experience in client relationship managementBackground in new business development, sales, or sales managementFluency in English, Arabic is preferred.General Requirements:Numeracy, literacy, and articulatenessProfessional appearanceUniversity degree or equivalent, preferably in a relevant fieldAbility to work independentlyFlexibility in working hours, as the events industry often demands work outside of standard hoursAvailability for frequent travel.
