Regional Sales Manager - DubaiAdecco is currently recruiting for Regional Sales Manager - UAE for our client who are leading cybersecurity firm.

We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Cybersecurity Regional Manager Sales to lead our clients\' sales efforts in the Middle East. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships within the cybersecurity sector.
Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales as a Regional Manager - UAE, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Should mandatorily have experience in selling VAPT services, and VAPT tools like - Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, PCI, Threat Intel, Vulnerability Management etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (as 1st language) and English, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate contracts. * Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• This role will serve as the pioneering team member on the ground. Therefore, key expectations and a crucial aspect of the role entails actively pursuing new customers and partners.
• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certifications in cybersecurity or sales would be an advantage.
