Job Description

:Main responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to enquiries, prepare crane sales offers, coordinate with corresponding departments (factories, trade finance etc), negotiate and close deals, follow-up until payment and shipment.
  • Provide support and be the main point of contact for the crane customer facing teams in Middle-East and the assigned territories (Sales sand Aftersales) to help in their activities including offers and pro-formas, communication about possible delivery dates, follow-up of IPC requests, information cascading to dealers etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date data base of cranes to distribute internally, with dealers and end users. Weekly marketing efforts to be made to produce machine flyers that can be circulated among our network to promote the crane sales.
  • Monthly forecasts in COB / SIOP inputs, information and analysis to Finance (backlog file, accruals, order intake, revenue recognition, business planning etc).
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
  • Associate degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with 8-10 years of working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of International Business practices, tools, terminology applied to B-to-B capital goods (legal matters, transport, incoterms, customs, payment etc).
  • Language skills with strong written and verbal proficiency.
  • Presentation and sales negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and good listening skills, as well as good reactivity and ability to handle requests fast and efficiently.
