Function:
Sales of Belts in the region Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the sales team in sales activities
• Protect and Grow Existing Customers
• Identify new opportunities and develop new customers in the region
• Identify new opportunities and applications by industry segments
• Prepare a market research report by industry segment, by country
• Closely work with the management and develop a business plan for the future
• Meet short-term goals while developing a long range sales plan
• Developing sales network through distributors
• Developing new customers and acquisition of OEM customers
• Reporting to the sales manager about customer visits, monthly report, quarterly report and other activities such as performing the annual sales plan and schedule under the sales policy and market development
• The conducting a market research
• The independent management of a group of customers and the active selling of roles to this group of clients
• The shared responsibility for realizing the specified sales targets
• Budget responsibility
• Taking the necessary actions for the activities that are commercially necessary or be desired such as:
-- The co- creation of an annual sales plan and monthly / quarterly reports
-- Coordinating and handling the external claims in consultation with the head of the trade union and the production department
-- Visits from customers
-- Making reports regarding the current situation of the customers
• Exhibition participation
• Introduce and promote new products
• Frequent business trips domestic and abroad
• Other activities
Authorizations:
• The signing of export documents
• The issuing of quotations according to the applicable price list and/or profit rate.
Knowledge and skills :
• College of Education Commercial or Business Economics
• Trading experience
• Knowledge of the product range
• Knowledge of the product and the process
• Good command English language in word and writing
• Controlling additional language is an advantage
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (CRM) and applications
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
