Regional Sales Manager - Aviation Security - GCC
Our client a Multinational Engineering Technology Company is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager - Aviation Security - Managing Clients (Airports) across GCC region, based in UAE.
The primary function of the successful candidate would be to implement Strategic Sales plan to expand the company\'s presence & customer base in the GCC region.
Role: Experienced Sales Manager with at least 5+ years\' experience in business development, sales and solution design in the area of airport security in GCC region.
Must: The candidate should have domain knowledge in ICT, security systems, passenger processing, border control, Master system integration and complementary airport systems such as PA, Intercom, passenger tracking and active and passive network knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to address and expand the company\'s presence and customer base.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with Key stakeholders and clients in the aviation sector.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and generating leads.
- Negotiating contracts to successful closure of contract with customers.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset with other departments withing the organization.
- Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or ICT
- At least 5 Years of Business Development, Sales, and solution design experience
- Self-Starter with strong leadership experience and skills
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
