The Regional Sales Director is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance within a specific geographical area, and achieving sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans
Implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy for a segment in line with business goals.
Lead the regional sales team towards achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Nurture lasting relationships with key regional clients, understanding their needs and promoting the offerings.
Conduct in-depth analysis of regional market trends to uncover new opportunities and understand competitive challenges.
Uphold company\'s standards and policies within the region, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, contributing to the strategic planning process.
Manage the hiring, training, and performance of the regional sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Proven sales management experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in CRM systems and sales software
Understanding of the regional market and industry.
Capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Travel as needed for the role
SALARY & BENEFITS:
AED 25,000- 30,000 per month plus commission
