Interested in being part of our team?Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.The RoleThe Regional Sales & Marketing Manager develops sales and markets products by establishing partners through the direct and distribution network. In addition, this role conducts market research; generates product requirements; determines specifications required by the assigned region and coordinates with distribution centers and the pricing team.The role is also responsible to develop plans for marketing strategies, focus on dealer channel management and provide trainings to increase competency. The incumbent is responsible for increasing customer share by providing the right product at the right price.This role is based in UAE, preferably in Dubai and is responsible for geographic coverages of UAE, Oman, Yemen and Kuwait.This position reports to the Regional Business Line Manager - PTS.Essential Job Functions
  • Effectively sell PTS products and meet set targets for the allocated regions.
  • Determine direct and indirect customers\' needs and requirement by proactively undertaking research needed to obtain enough market information and potential in the markets allocated.
  • conducting well amount of customer visits peridocially on dealers/distributors, key customers and varioud end customers.
  • Assess competitiveness by collecting market survey information, and effectively participate in strategic discussions related to the survey findings.
  • Increase customer share by selling products at a competitive price with the support of management.
  • Assess product market data by calling on customers and reporting back analysis results.
  • Effective usage of CRM systems to generate a sales funnel for direct channels.
  • Focus on divisional digitalization strategies/initiatives and share knowledge with dealers/customers.
  • Promote service as a business and sell more focused products, reporting results on a monthly basis.
  • Build and maintain business relations with customers and distributors. Accordingly create active coverage in the territory assigned.
  • Coordinate closely and cooperate with the Equipment Sales Team and proactively increase PTS sales volumes. Maximize PTS sales together with equipment sales.
  • Coordinate closely with the PTS Operations team and work to generate opportunities from operational cases (start-ups, warranty cases, troubleshooting etc.)
  • Run special campaigns initiated by PTS and maintain records and feedback from these campaigns.
  • Update PGA files on a quarterly basis; prepare action plans for dealers/end customers to increase sales volumes accordingly.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on the development and performance of the allocated region.
  • Any other tasks as requestd by the Line Manager.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent gained from experience.
  • Excellent knowledge (written & oral) of English and Arabic.

  • Proven experience in service and product support.
  • Product knowledge on compressors, lighting towers, generators and Handheld Equipment.
