A leading Chemical Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Regional Retail Development Manager for their Dubai office.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Design and implement a strategic business development plan that expands the company\xe2\x80\x99s client and customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Explores and identifies business opportunities in the region.
Plan and oversee the retail budget for programs and innovations.
Manage training programs to develop skills to achieve sales target and drive growth.
Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor and track the program\xe2\x80\x99s progress and performance across the region.
Performs market research & analysis.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 4 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years experience in Retail, Trade Marketing, or similar. Leadership experience is a plus.
Must have project management experience.
Willingness to travel as the job requires.
Excellent communication skills.
