Meet your new team As Regional Market Partner Channel Manager you will be part of a dynamic team in Oterra. Your colleagues will be sitting globally, with stakeholders from all regions. You will be part of a larger Distribution organization with an international mindset and an agenda of growth and excellence.

About the position This role focuses on developing and executing Market Partner plans to align with the company's strategy, driving market share growth, and enhancing Market Partner productivity. Key responsibilities include managing external sales force performance, conducting quarterly reviews, overseeing training and competency development, and aligning Market Partner strategy with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with marketing on initiatives and driving change management within the region.

Key Responsibilities: . Responsible for developing and executing the Market Partner plans that align with the Employer's strategy. Increase market share through the expansion and growth of the network(s) in the region and improve the Market Partner Management productivity. Participate in the on/off boarding of Market Partners, the transfer of customers to Market Partners in the region and to the definition of Market Partners rules, methods and tools. . Manage Market Partners as an external sales force: negotiating, contracting, target setting and performance evaluation . Organize and lead Quarterly reviews with Market Partners . Evaluate and manage training for Market Partners competency build up (value selling, service differentiation) . Steer and drive Market Partner strategy in the region, in line with Market Partner Excellence guidelines . Co-ordinate with Marketing on Go to Market initiatives and build Development Plan for Market Partners . Drive change management

Qualifications: . Team-Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders in region. . Regional Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the region's market dynamics and business practices is preferred. . Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, ideally with direct customer management and distribution. . Industry Experience: Background in the food ingredient sector is preferred, particularly with colorants. . Organized and Systematic: Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
