Job SummaryTo lead & oversee the development & growth of Industrial Fats business, to ensure business growth through directing & managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategyRoles & Responsibilities
Achieves regional sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
Managing regional staff
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Resolving problems and customers complains fulfillment
Market and customers visits

Adding new customers in the budget year.

Bring in addition volumes.

Work experience requirement
3 to 5 years\' experience in similar role in the oil & fats sales platforms.
5 years experience in FMCG Sales in industrial fats
