Posh Properties, a leading provider of luxury vacation rentals, is currently looking for an experienced Regional Manager for Dubai to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a solid commitment to excellence.As the Regional Manager overseeing our rental properties in Dubai, you will report to the VP of Operations. Your primary responsibilities will include the daily supervision and management of properties and staff, ensuring the smooth operations and performance of multiple establishments within your designated area. You will be tasked with implementing and creating effective procedures and SOPs, learning the Dubai market to identify the best deals, and establishing strong supplier relationships. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, all while adhering to Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s laws, regulations, and high standards. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service, maintain high-quality standards, and meet financial targets.
