MHP Food Trading is the official distributor of "Qualiko Arabia" frozen poultry and convenience food, produced by one of the leading European producers - MHP.

MHP Food Trading was established in 2016, to capture the UAE market and strengthen its presence in the Middle East. The company currently employs a team of 65 specialists, who apply global expertise, taking into account local market specifics.

Today, MHP Food Trading is one of the main players in the UAE frozen chicken market. In 2018, our team sold over 11 thousand tons of frozen chicken in the UAE.

Functional Responsibilities (Direct Sales)

•Sales Management: •

• Developing the sales of UAE region, providing the performance of sales targets, profitability and sustainable growth of the company;
• Preparing and achieving the set target on monthly, Quarterly and Yearly by managing SV & SE. Creating the proposals to reach the sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per the split including subordinates;
• Daily analysis of sales targets achievement of sales team by channels, clients, MN,SV,SE;
• Initiating of proposals and monitoring of actions pointed to increase sales volume (promotions, specifications, marketing & trademarketing activities, negotiations with partners, etc.), executions of the contracts including annual BDA.
• Participation in the dividing of products (shortage, caliber, near expiry, etc.) as per planned volume.
• Analysis of competitors' activity on a constant basis (weekly price monitoring, evaluation of the actions in the region);
• Participating in planning and forecasting of secondary sales;
• Leading different meetings with sales team and major clients on regular basis;
• Conducting various store checks to measure the work of SE, SV & MR;
• Fulfillment of structure as per the approved yearly structure;
• Attending the sales meeting with higher management with all necessary preparations;
• Deep verifications of various control points (attendance, routes, photo reports, out of stocks, GRV, delivery Returns, C4 LPO etc.);
• Checking and signing the various documents such as IM, CAF, SA & Credit notes etc.

•Accounts Receivable: •

• Daily analysis and control of current outstanding;
• Initiation and monitoring of actions aimed at the resolving of blocked orders;
• Negotiations in cases of problematic receivables collection;
• Coordination between finance to resolve all aging related issue;
• Initiating and attending various aging meeting with SV,SE, customers & Higher Management.

•Management Standards: •

• Monitoring compliance with the assortment matrix and planograms in MT channel;
• Keep under control the product availability (stock control, contracted volume);
• Conducting audits of the territory;
• Informing sales team and customers about the results of the audit;
• Reporting to HO.

•Human Resource Management: •

• Selection of candidates and conducting interviews for hiring sales team;
• Preparation of the training schedule of the new (transferred) employees, control of passing, attestation;
• Managing the work of smanagers, sales supervisors, sales executives and merchandisers;
• Preparation and leading the meetings with the sales team (sales supervisor, sales executives and merchandisers).
• Setting, supervision and monitoring of the targets to employees.

•Administrative Work: •

• Informing management and partners in due time;
• Monitoring compliance with regulations, orders and various bills;
• Dealing with the inquiries and requests of MHP Food Trading, LLC partners , etc.
• Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports;
• Prepare and participate in the reporting meetings;
• Preparation and organization of the maintenance service documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in commercial function in FMCG (Food Industry is preferable)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical skills and strategic perspective
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in or understanding Ukrainian
