Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with Key Accounts to promote brand awareness and maximise sales.
Understand clients\' needs and objectives, and propose appropriate solutions.
Regularly communicate with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, trade marketing, and in-store to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, conveying client feedback and requirements effectively.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, budgets and business goals.
Manage the planning and implementation of sales and promotional plans
Liaise with the field team to promote the effective execution of sales and promotional plans
Maintain close contact with major accounts, highlighting planned strategies to develop profitable business and gathering information for future business plans and initiatives.
Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts by regularly reviewing and reporting on sales performance, sales forecasts and market trends.
Understand, develop and implement the key brand messages, distribution and marketing strategies.
Work with key customer data systems on customer premises as required, to assist with stock control and coordination.
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to account customers.
Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report on developments.
Manage forecasting and budget development process
Undertake review of trading terms annually or as required within assigned approval guidelines.
Develop and maintain investment strategies to agreed spend guidelines.
Manage the delivery of customer expectations via reasonable operational processes taking full account of customer service and logistics operating procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
4 + years of experience on a Sales Management or e-commerce role in beauty industry with exposure to Key accounts
Relevant qualifications in sales & marketing or a related discipline highly regarded
Management and people development skills
Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel & Power point skills at an intermediate to high level
