Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Director to oversee human resources operations across multiple locations within our organization. The Regional HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company\'s objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage and develop our diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\'s overall objectives.
Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the region and develop proactive HR solutions.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator in employee relations matters.
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Implement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the region.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Provide training and coaching to managers on performance feedback and goal-setting.
Conduct regular performance reviews and establish metrics to measure performance effectiveness.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Facilitate training sessions on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives within the region.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive audits and assessments.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
Champion the company\'s mission, vision, and values throughout the region.
