Job Description

As the Regional HR Director based in our Dubai, you will be a member of our global HR team and will have responsibilities for employees in several countries including South Africa, Turkey, UAE, India. The Regional HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.


• Business Partnership & Coaching
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to define and implement a Regional HR strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
• Develop and lead HR programs, policies, and procedures that support the company's culture and drive a high-performance culture.
• Work with functional leaders and team members, providing advice, guidance, and support in the areas of performance management, employee development, compensation planning, and talent acquisition.
• Coaches and advises leaders, provides high quality coaching to optimize the employee experience and supports development of the leaders.




• Performance and Talent Management
• Drives the performance management process, being thoughtful of key stakeholders. Brings new ideas for improvement and increased effectiveness
• Partners with the leaders as part of the Talent Review process, e.g., organizes and leads the talent reviews with the leaders, partners with leaders to develop their talent and monitors performance issues
• Manages learning and development activities. Partners with the leaders to assess training needs for them and their teams. Plans and delivers training/development programs in support of identified needs




• HR Projects / Engagement Initiatives
+ Lead HR projects that impact multiple locations or have global reach, collaborating with colleagues across departments and working with external partners as appropriate.
+ Identifies needs and facilitates the creation of programs and initiatives to drive positive change within the Region.

• Total Rewards
+ Manages contract for benefits & payroll services
+ Brings market insights (in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team), his or her own observations and experiences to provide total rewards recommendations ensuring the Company's Total Rewards approach remains competitive in the market
+ Ensures compensation data stays current

• Talent Acquisition
+ Works with the business leaders to anticipate and identify workforce needs
+ Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all roles are filled with top talent in an efficient manner resulting in a great candidate experience

• Compliance / Immigration
+ Accountable to ensure up-to-date on legal requirements related to day-to-day HR matters, reducing legal risk and ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations.
+ Partners with Legal (internal and external) as needed
+ Manages the immigration process of all cases ensuring clear communications with all involved parties ensuring a smooth process

• Employee Relations
+ Coaches leaders through the employee "life cycle" including onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, recognition, retention, and separation
+ Drives positive employee relations, reinforces Company Values & Behaviors to foster a positive environment
+ Manages resolution to complex employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

The Ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years' experience in HR, including experience in a similar position in a global company.
• Strong business acumen, along with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and be a thought leader in HR.
• Proven ability to manage, lead and develop teams and build strong relationships across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to work with global teams and to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver results.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems, SuccessFactors a plus
