The Marketing team at Roland Berger in the Middle East is dedicated to enhancing the firm\'s brand recognition across the region. Our primary objectives include supporting consulting Client Teams in engaging with target clients, assisting the HR department in boosting employee and alumni engagement, and aiding the Recruitment team in attracting ideal candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically manage the marketing team in the Middle East, aligning the Marketing function with global Marketing goals. This includes coaching team members on their business-as-usual activities, overseeing the editorial design of thought leadership, campaign development, and managing marketing channels such as social media, PR, events, and the website.
Implement CRM-based demand generation and email marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
Take full ownership of content marketing campaigns, from the ideation phase to execution.
Monitor marketing initiatives and compile performance reports to assess progress.
Enhance overall marketing effectiveness by identifying and addressing short-term and long-range issues, recommending and implementing agreed upon improvement strategies.
Execute targeted marketing campaigns to improve market success, particularly from a client team perspective.
Engage in regular communication with internal counterparts, including regional leadership, the global SVP for Marketing, consulting Client Teams, HR, and Recruitment. Lead the development and execution of the annual Marketing plan and budget.
Build and manage strategic relationships with external parties, including media, marketing agencies, and social media platforms.
Develop and implement internal campaigns to showcase a variety of management functions, thereby enhancing and promoting office culture.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of work experience in Marketing management in professional services, with a strong preference for consulting, at a top tier firm.
A Master\'s degree in Marketing Management or an MBA from a globally recognized top university or business school.
A distinct preference for candidates with work experience in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or Qatar.
Proven experience in leading a Marketing team preferably within a global organization.
Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
Ability to think both analytically and creatively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in the latest marketing analytics tools and best practices.
Competence in effectively managing multiple priorities and time.
Solid proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel, as well as experience in using project management tools.
