Job Summary: The Regional Head of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing HR operations within a specified region, ensuring alignment with the global HR strategy, and addressing region-specific HR challenges. This role includes managing recruitment, training and development, HR operations, and the implementation of region-specific training modules. The Regional Head of HR will work closely with regional leaders to drive organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs tailored to regional needs.
Provide leadership training to managerial levels.
Evaluate the effectiveness of regional training programs and make necessary improvements.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training modules for Real Estate Industry and update them as needed.
Develop comprehensive training modules for real estate brokers that align with RERA regulations.
3. Learning and Development:
Create and implement learning and development strategies that support employee growth and career progression.
Identify skill gaps and provide training opportunities to enhance employee competencies.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the region.
4. Reward and Recognition:
Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to acknowledge employee achievements.
Ensure that recognition programs are fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational values.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of reward and recognition programs and make necessary improvements.
5. HR Operations:
Manage day-to-day HR operations within the region.
Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement region-specific HR policies and procedures.
Align regional HR strategies with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
6. Employee Engagement and Culture:
Conduct regular employee engagement activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the region.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives specific to the region.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Qualification & skills
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
15+ years of experience. Dubai real estate brokerage industry
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
