SUMMARY OF THE ROLEThe Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will establish and execute development plans supporting the Regional Finance Director in accordance to strategic direction, explore business opportunities contributing to revenue growth for the region through timely, accurate and insightful financial and business support analysis.You will work closely with senior leadership to develop financial strategy plans, analyze key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to optimize business performance. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence strategic initiatives, and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.This position will be based in Dubai; and will report to the Regional Finance Director - MEIA (Middle East, India, and Africa).Responsibilities
Support in implementing and assist in executing an established sustainable strategy that supports expectations around growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Support with feasibility studies, SWOT, balance scorecard and sensitivity analyses to improve quality and mitigate risk areas.
Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the region.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform financial strategies.
Assist in defining and clarifying important business decisions for the Region.
Support the business in Legal, Tax, Banking, and Finance matters.
Ensure compliance with Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Segment policies and standards and ensure that Group initiatives are followed up and implemented.
Constantly explore and seek opportunities to improve efficiencies that might improve profitability.
Lead investment reviews for financial feasibility and to facilitate Regional approval.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFERWhat we look for
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
Additional qualifications like ACCA, CMA, CPA will be an advantage.
5+ years of relevant experience in Finance.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
