Location:This position is located at our (corporate office / property ) in (Place), (Country). Overview:Reporting to the Global Head of Residences, this position oversees sales and marketing initiatives for Aman Residences in the region and works alongside other Regional Directors of Residence Sales Responsibilities:
Leverage local knowledge to provide competitive analysis for the region
Proficiency in pricing strategy and inventory management
Collaborate with development partners and senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region
Maintain project level sales and marketing budgets, strategy and regular updates to corporate executives and development partners
Ability to procure, negotiate and close high-end real estate transactions
Mange meeting with sales team, executives, and development partner
Prepare sales and marketing presentations for corporate and development partners
Collaborate with regional Aman properties and travel to projects and hotels, as required
Promote product awareness through the attendance of events and showcases, as needed
Represent sales and marketing initiatives for Aman Residences in the Middle East
Leverage local knowledge to provide competitive analysis and key metrics for the region
Proficiency in pricing strategy and inventory management
Collaborate with development partners and senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region
Maintain project level sales and marketing budgets, strategy and provide regular updates to corporate executives and development partners
Ability to procure, negotiate and close high-end real estate transactions
Ability to understand contract documents required for the purpose of the position
Manage regular sales meetings with sales staff, executives and development partners
Prepare sales and marketing presentations for corporate and development partners
Travel to projects and regional Aman hotels as required
Promote product awareness through the attendance of events, seminars, showcases as needed
Collaborate with Regional Aman properties
Recruit and manage project specific sales managers, as required
Management of direct reports, including project specific Sales Directors and Sales Managers across the region
Other duties that may arise as assigned
Qualifications:
Fluency requirement for English and Arabic both written and spoken
College degree or greater
10 years minimum in ultra-luxury residential real estate experience
Experience in the regional Real Estate and Luxury Development market
Confidence and proven ability to sell premium property
Proficiency for understanding architectural plans
Experience in hiring and managing team members
Ability to problem solve, trouble shoot and motivate a team
Strong prospecting skills to deliver a robust sales pipeline
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong team player and ability to deliver under pressure with tight deadlines
