Your Role Customer-centric behavior for better knowledge of all customers, better customized services and initiatives for customer trustful relationship, satisfaction and continuous improvement. Be the bridge to create clear communication between different functions with Customer and APTIV. Contributing that Customer and APTIV Requirements and Quality targets and expectations are met throughout all product lines. Customer representative according to IATF16949. Be Yazaki Global Quality representative.

SKILLS : Manage the Customer Quality Team in EMEA, and Globally (Yazaki). Deep understanding of customer SCORECARD, interpretation, analysis, sharing within APTIV organization and lead to specific actions to sustain performance in GREEN; Authority to suggest corrective actions at plant level and escalate if not correctly done; Identify and know customer (specific) requirements and expectations and assure appropriate communication inside Aptiv organization; Develop Customer relationship by maintaining presence at Customer locations; Be the first level of escalation for the customer and manage all Customer escalations throughout all management levels; Prepare and lead the management reviews with customer; Track complaint resolution (initial response, 3D, 8D,...) on time and with the right level of quality and improve process; Track lessons learned and read across in all plants (e.g. deriving from previous incidents and/or RFMEA findings) Coordinate and lead support teams at customer location during critical activities (e.g. pilots and start-up); Follow up on systemic improvement plans and verify corrective actions efficiency; Plan and participate in customer audits and control share point maintenance done by the plants Identify internal APTIV weakness and opportunities, suggest and lead improvement initiatives; Define, together with operations, the adequate quality support resources (at customer and APTIV CS operations) in case of new projects, business transfers, engineering changes and rework activities; Manage all customer quality related activities for APTIV products and services by applying an appropriate cross functional problem solving approach and deal with the customer on all involved levels; Assure timely and accurate reporting is available for APTIV and Customers Management Review and analysis; Support the warranty activities; Liaise with manufacturing plants, and provide feedback on customer performance to ensure quality is maintained at world class levels; Support flow 4 (APQP) activities; Support plants on customer visits / audits and support flawless launches (flow 4 and launch phase) and respective Audits and approvals; Surveille and work side-by-side with the manufacturing plants Teams that internal reporting system content are matching with external VOC (portals or alternatives methods).

Your Background

Bac+5 or equivalent in scientific or technical specialty, or proven experience in the field of quality in the automotive or plastics industry. Quality Engineer or similar technical degree Business Acumen Capacity to steer in uncertain and stressful conditions Knowledge of the language and culture in use at the respective customers Positive, Transparent, Easy to do busniess with, Dependable; Can Do" and Go and See" attitude and behaviors. Appropriate communication skills Mastery of computer tools. Good negotiation and argumentation skills; Experience on Automotive Industry more than 3 years
