Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving the execution of yearly SOW data collection (bottom up and top down) in accordance with the agreed timelines and processes.
Ensuring the process is well known and used by all parties (mainly IMEX. CDO and Agency Teams)
In close collaboration with the Department Director and the other regional leads, making sure investment is aligned with local and regional Marketing Directors as well as GCD\'s, driving effectives and efficiencies, aligned with the company growth and comms ambition. In that context, establishing and follow up on relevant KPI\'s.
Checking of data completion in cooperation with (global / local) Marketing, Production-, Comms-, and Media experts to drive the required optimisation, top and bottom line.
Coordinating production bundling, multi market requirements (lead and receiving markets), including the delivery of briefs and assets within the pre-agreed timeline.
Securing a strong change management process and escalation process where needed.
Drive the right discussion with the core experts (Production/DDM/Media/Energy Studio) on the right assets needed to deliver the brand ambition. Coordinate the use of science/ data to ensure timely decision making and budget allocation is done to set the Brand Marketing teams up for success.
Finding and implementing innovations which drive efficiency and effectiveness in close collaboration with the production experts and other departments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
5 years working experience within Marketing with focus on communication, ideally FMCG * Strong Project Management experience and ability to coordinate multiple factors/ complexity.
Deep and applied knowledge of Brand Planning, media and marketing communication planning
Ability to work based on Return on Investment and Zero Based Budgeting methods
Good understanding of current and future communication channels, communities and asset requirements
Understanding of creativity
Strong organizational and analytical skills and an affinity to numbers
Assertiveness and ability to work with international, cross-functional teams
Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self- motivating
Strategic thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills
