Job Description
A reputable and well-established Chemical manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Regional Brand Manager for their team in Dubai.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. - Lead assigned portfolio innovation projects and be responsible for category assortment in terms of marketing plan implementation activities, general product support, training, and product knowledge.
- Drives brand strategy execution aligned between strategy and its local implementation by brand teams in the region.
- Main and build good working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage existing portfolio and identify market opportunities to improve profitability and stronger position in the market.
- Work closely with sales and marketing networks to ensure best practices, knowledge, and potential extended use of product variations.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling the brands\xe2\x80\x99 performance in the region.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or similar.
- Minimum 4 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years of Marketing, Innovation, and Strategy planning experience within the coatings or Chemicals Industry.
- Must have Brand and Product Management, and Innovation experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to make informed decisions.
