Trip.com's Ride Hailing Team builds seamless, reliable, and scalable ground transport solutions for travelers worldwide. From airport pickups to in-city rides, we connect users with trusted ride-hailing services directly through the Trip.com platform. We're a cross-functional, global team focused on user experience, smart logistics, and innovative mobility tech--making travel smoother from start to finish.
In this Role, you'll get to
Develop innovative procurement strategies to boost profit margins and source reliable, competitive local vendors.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure favorable terms, ensure supply chain stability, and leverage data-driven forecasting for promotional opportunities.
Lead the execution of vendor resources and campaigns, including training coordination, defining campaign specs, and supporting system configurations.
Resolve escalated customer complaints through cross-functional collaboration, using case analysis to drive long-term service improvements.
What you'll Need to Succeed
-Language: English proficiency (mandatory); Arabic bilingual capability preferred.
-Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
-Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in business development within the transportation industry.
-Preferred Background: Airport transfer operations experience. Strategic resource integration
