Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Reformer Pilates Coach to join our team. In this role, you will lead group and individual Reformer Pilates sessions, helping clients build strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through the use of Reformer equipment. Your expertise will guide clients of all levels in achieving their fitness goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead Reformer Pilates classes, tailoring sessions to clients' needs and skill levels.
• Provide hands-on guidance and adjustments to ensure proper form and technique.
• Develop creative and effective workout plans to keep classes engaging and progressive.
• Offer individual coaching during private sessions, providing personalised attention and modifications.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage consistent participation and growth.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Pilates, continually improving your teaching techniques.

### Requirements

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with a strong understanding of anatomy and movement.
• Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates, either in group or private settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
• Ability to adjust exercises to meet a variety of fitness levels and goals.
• A positive and professional attitude with a passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• Fluent in English communication.

Highly Preferred:



• Experience working in a studio or fitness centre.
• CPR/AED certification
