Role: Re-Engineering Specialist - Assets


Location: Abu Dhabi




Role Purpose:




To lead business reengineering efforts for Assets by modifying and improving processes, delivering automation and digital solutions. The role needs to investigate and adopt new technologies for process improvement.




Key Accountabilities of the role:


• Clearly define the end-to-end process- level 1 to level 3 from customer perspective
• Identify process issues and drive initiatives among the business owners to address the issues.
• Using above, identify a road map of re-engineering projects for assets to be launched and implemented.
• Undertake benchmarking and competition scanning to ascertain best practice and do gap analysis to our existing process
• Generate metrics to identify P/L contribution of reengineering projects for assets and engage with stake holders to regularly update the progress on process performance metrics and timely escalate issues.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:


• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of the assets business and its processes
• Ability to engage with and manage stakeholders.
• Good presentation, planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytic thinking and innovative approach and Project management skills
• Understanding of Shari'a principles
• Understanding of tools and concepts associated with re-engineering process.



Previous experience:



10+ years relevant experience in the banking with P/L, Projects and digital transformation experience
