Sales and Acquisition:- Achieve a minimum target placement of AED 32.000 monthly.- Contribute to 20% of the sales target through acquisition activities.2. Collaboration with Talent Sourcer:- Develop and refine job profiles in collaboration with the Talent Sourcer.- Finalize the screening process of candidates pre-screened by the Talent Sourcer.3. Candidate Management:- Conduct live interviews and assessments.- Prepare candidates for client interviews.- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.4. Client Interaction:- Maintain primary contact with clients.- Evaluate interviews and oversee salary negotiations.- Manage the placement process and follow-up evaluations.5.
