Position Summary

As a Recruiter, you will be in charge Ensure all actions relating to the development and recruitment of the Operators and Supervisors category of APTIV by the group's policy and management guidelines

Your Role Conduct recruitment interviews for DH and IH employees: sourcing, pre-selection, and physical interviews. Welcome new candidates and give them a presentation of the company (working hours, salary, benefits, etc.). Identify training groups based on the integration schedule provided by the training center. Launch the various job openings according to the company's internal needs. Prepare and correct the pre-selection tests for DHs. Contact ANAPEC to meet the company's needs in terms of operators. Establish the different states to be shared with ANAPEC (Number of candidates hired Vs persons interviewed...)

Your Background Bac + 2 or plus in economy, Accounting, Finance, or others, an experience in the same field preferred Speak French and English languages Fluently. Computer literacy Results-oriented with strong Decision-making skills, Available, and motivated, you have good listening and communication skills. Sense of responsibility, analytical and synthetic mind. Teamwork skills and develop your Versatility
