Onpoint is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist (Staffing) based in Dubai.
The job duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Strategic Sourcing:
Use our advanced online portal to source and attract potential candidates.
2. Thorough Screening Process:
Conduct comprehensive initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with our clients' requirements.
3. Operational Support:
Comment Box Management:
o Input comments from various sources, such as from screening interviews and event feedback, to gather feedback and insights.
Document Collection:
o Collect part-timer documents, including emergency contact numbers, to maintain up-to-date records.
Job Post Creation:
o Create compelling job posts on the portal and collaborate with the marketing team for effective posting.
Profile Creation:
o Create profiles for potential candidates tailored for client presentations.
4. Brand Representation:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, embodying the values of Onpoint.
Be present at events to ensure all Onpoint processes are followed, and the part-timers are ready for the event.
5. Process Improvements:
Contribute to the enhancement of strategies and tools to optimize the overall efficiency of the screening process.
6. Ad-Hoc Tasks and Flexibility:
Be adaptable to take on various ad-hoc tasks that may be requested by the Management and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
