Job Description

We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 2 years of proven experience

in both

inside country

and

overseas recruitment.

Candidates with a background in

manpower supply

or

staffing agencies

are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (blue-collar, white-collar, skilled/unskilled workers). Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, databases, and through networking. Handle recruitment needs for

local hiring

within the country as well as

overseas hiring

based on project/client requirements. Coordinate with clients to understand their manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates promptly. Maintain candidate database and ensure effective pipeline management. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fitment. Manage documentation and compliance for overseas recruitment processes. Stay updated with visa and labor laws, especially for overseas deployment. Build and maintain relationships with manpower agencies and clients. Provide potential candidates for internal and external job openings.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience

in recruitment (local and overseas mandatory). Experience in

manpower supply

or

staffing agencies

is a

plus.

Strong sourcing and networking skills. Familiar with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred:

Candidates who can

bring candidate pipelines

or have access to

ready manpower pools

. Experience in

Gulf/Middle East recruitment

or other overseas markets. Knowledge of

visa processing, travel arrangements

, and

labor laws

related to overseas recruitment.
