About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated

Recruitment Specialist

with

3-5 years of experience

, a

strong database of clients and candidates

, and a deep understanding of the UAE healthcare market. A

Western education

is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment

of healthcare professionals, from sourcing to onboarding
Leverage an

existing client and candidate database

to meet hiring needs
Develop strong relationships with

healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals

Source top talent through job boards, professional networks, and referrals
Stay updated on

UAE labor laws and healthcare recruitment trends

Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and expansion

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience

in recruitment (preferably in healthcare)

Must have a database of clients and candidates

Strong knowledge of

healthcare recruitment and industry trends

Western education preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment
