Client & Candidate Management:
Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings to assess suitability before submission.
Maintain a pipeline of ready-to-hire talent for future roles.
Work on multiple roles across Real Estate, Construction, and Engineering sectors.
Ensure quick turnarounds in CV submissions and interview coordination.
Assist in salary negotiations and offer finalization.
Understand client requirements and ensure quality candidate matches.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process.
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred).
Strong Sourcing Skills: Ability to find candidates quickly via job portals and LinkedIn.
Target-Driven Approach: Must be comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.\
Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATS or CRM tools is a plus.
