UAE National
5 years of experience in Recruitment, talent acquisition, Human resource
Good knowledge of recruitment strategies
General knowledge of people assessment including structured / behavioral interviewing and facilitation technique
Working knowledge of psychometric testing tools and assessment design
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a equivalent
A minimum of 4 years experience within HR
Excellent communication skills and fluent in Arabic and English
