Real Estate & Holiday Homes Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate & Holiday Homes Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and job posting to onboarding, training, and supporting the development of new hires within our real estate and holiday homes business. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we attract top talent, align candidates to roles that meet their skills, and ensure a seamless integration into our company culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and requirements for various roles within the real estate and holiday homes sectors.
• Utilize multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to source and engage potential candidates.
• Job Postings & Candidate Sourcing:
• Write and post job descriptions across various job boards and social media platforms.
• Continuously attract and build a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging sourcing tools and strategies, attending industry events, and networking.
• Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to ensure a thorough and efficient hiring process.
• Onboarding & Training:
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, including completing paperwork and facilitating necessary introductions.
• Organize and deliver training for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to succeed in their roles.
• Employee Retention & Development:
• Provide support in the development of retention strategies and help new employees settle into their roles for long-term success.
• Act as a mentor to new employees by offering guidance, career development support, and performance feedback.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities for future reference and audits.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Partner with other departments to understand staffing needs and create a strategy for filling roles in the real estate and holiday homes business.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and new trends in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a recruiter, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate and holiday home market, roles, and skills needed within this industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms.
• Experience in training, coaching, and onboarding employees in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in a real estate or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukrigulf, etc.).
• Experience with employee retention and performance management practices.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
