We are looking for Blue Collar Recruiter in Abu Dhabi

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field CHRP / CIRS / CHRM will be a plus Proven experience as a Blue Collar Recruitment Experience with posting jobs online and writing job descriptions Can work under pressure and solid time management abilities

Responsibilities:

Create and publish job ads in various portals Screen resumes and job applications Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records Keeps track of the recruitment agencies' contact information as well as their terms and conditions.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
