About Us:
We are a healthcare consultancy specializing in the recruitment and onboarding of health professionals for DOH facilities.

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Recruiter capable of sourcing, screening, and facilitating the placement of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals primarily for DOH-regulated facilities,
• Conduct eligibility checks and comprehensive screenings to ensure candidate credentials meet DOH requirements.
• Sourcing and screening qualified nurse applicants
• Facilitating the hiring process
• Managing all immigration legal work
• Handling the candidate credentialing and licensure process
• Coordinating the candidate's relocation
• Ensuring your facility has all nursing staff needs met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally within the UAE or GCC markets.
• Familiarity with DOH licensing standards, healthcare regulations, and onboarding requirements.
• Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software to source and track candidates.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to review and validate candidate documentation for compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for healthcare positions requiring DHA, MOH, and other regional licenses.
• Background in IT recruitment and an understanding of how to leverage recruitment technology effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
