Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles within the construction and FM sectors.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Job Advertising:
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
• Ensure job ads are optimized to attract the right candidates.
• Screening and Selection:
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage pre-employment tests and background checks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
• Database Management:
• Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
• Employer Branding:
• Promote the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its culture, values, and benefits.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or FM industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction/FM labor market and related roles.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
