Business Partner - Exclusive Hospitality Recruitment (Middle East)

We are seeking a Business Partner in the Middle East to join our exclusive hospitality recruitment firm, specialising in executive placements for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality services.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned hospitality executive with preferable 30+ years of experience, who has risen to the General Manager or Vice President level, and who has formed an extensive professional network of industry decision-makers.

Your role will involve engaging key executives and securing recruitment orders through your well-established connections, and matching them with selected and vetted applicants who meet the required profile. You will build and exercise the trust from your network of clients, who recognise that if we take on a job order, we timeously deliver a shortlist of outstanding talent for their review.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely or from an office anywhere in the GCC region, collaborating closely with our senior partner in South Africa and the Australian-based head office in Melbourne.
