We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team.
Job Scope:
This position requires someone who is driven and passionate about identifying and recruiting top-notch talent, including various skilled laborers, for our company. The ideal candidate should excel at building and nurturing relationships and possess the ability to evaluate a wide range of candidate qualifications.
Job Duties:
• Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. Create compelling and accurate job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match them to the job requirements. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role.
• Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ask relevant questions to evaluate candidates' qualifications and motivation.
• Administer pre-employment tests, assessments, or skills evaluations to gauge candidates' technical and behavioral competencies.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, refine candidate profiles, and align recruitment efforts with the needs of the organization.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with the onboarding process by coordinating paperwork, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking relevant tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the organization's recruitment strategies remain competitive.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection of candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost per hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is usually require
Experience:
• At least 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction and heavy equipment industries or a related field.
Other Requirements:
• Experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection is essential for laborers and qualified profiles.
• Should have a good understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, human resources principles and practices, and employment laws and regulations. Knowledge of the construction industry and its hiring practices is also desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the recruitment specialist to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• The recruitment specialist should have strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications, review recruitment metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• The recruitment specialist should have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, and maintain a positive employer brand.
• English and Arabic are required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
