Recruitment Officer, Jeddah, SAR15:22k pm plus standard benefits We are working with an exciting new concept which is going to take KSA by storm My client is a global hospitality company, pioneering cultural change through the way businesses and people connect through technology, around a shared passion for food and who are opening lifestyle destinations globally : their first one is in Jeddah, KSA This role is pivotal to delivering the full recruitment lifecycle across the companys operation: supporting with the requirements of the local Head Office, Operational Team member recruitment. Company benefits: * Standard benefits include medical, yearly flights, incentives and annual leave * Huge scope for progression within Gulf region and globally Ideal Recruitment Officer: * At least 5 years previous recruitment experience in a hospitality, hotel or leisure environment * Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role * Strong background in Middle East recruitment practices, Saudi experience is preferred * Fluent in English and Arabic languages * A proven track record of managing the recruitment lifecycle, working with recruitment and HR platforms and managing recruitment consultants * A great communicator, you know how to engage with team members of all levels * Extremely pro:active and a team player, with a strong sense of ownership * Strong organisational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail * Excellent writing and presenting skills * You must have excellent personal management (time keeping, well prepared and organised) * Ability to build good working relationships with senior team, Head Office, restaurant teams, and partner teams If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Michelle at COREcruitment dot com or
